  1. Low idle speed when starting up

At the beginning of the engine, it takes a period of time for the engine lubrication system to reach the lubrication points from the oil suction pan (requires from the oil suction pan, through the oil pump to press the cold core, the machine filter, the main oil passage, the bearing bush, the cylinder head, the farthest Through the rocker arm to the end of the tappet, и т.п.). If the throttle is suddenly accelerated and the oil has not reached the lubrication points, it will cause abnormal wear of the components.

At the beginning of the start, because the water temperature and the temperature of the oil are low, the fluidity of the oil is poor (especially in winter), and the lubrication effect is not good, which may cause abnormal wear of the friction parts. After a few minutes of low idle speed, the temperature around the cylinder liner can be transferred to the coolant, and then the coolant is transferred to the oil to increase the temperature of the oil and enhance the flow performance of the oil (especially the poor fluidity of the oil in the cold regions of northern China), so that the oil reaches Better lubrication.

  1. Low idle speed during work should not be too long

Long idle speed, low engine load, low exhaust mass, low energy for driving the supercharger, low speed of the supercharger shaft, poor pressurization effect, and low boost pressure of the intake port.

When the intake pressure of the intake port is low and the engine piston is inhaled, it is possible to draw the oil of the valve oil seal into the combustion chamber. The oil is mixed with the diesel oil, which may result in insufficient combustion to form carbon deposit, so that the piston head and the piston ring groove accumulate. When the carbon is increased, the piston ring is stuck, causing the piston ring to have a lower oil-scraping performance, and the engine oil consumption is increased, so that the engine burns the oil.

  1. Low idle speed before stopping

After the engine is under heavy load, it needs to run the engine at low idle speed for 3~5 minutes, fully lubricating the engine parts and cooling them, especially the lubrication of the supercharger shaft. When the engine is under heavy load and high speed (supercharger The shaft speed can exceed 100,000 rpm at the maximum engine speed. At such a high speed, it takes a period of time for the shaft to coast to stop. If the engine is turned off immediately, the shaft shaft oil shaft may be sintered and the supercharger may be damaged.

Reasonable low idle time.

Low idle time cannot exceed 10 минут- If there is a long period of low idle speed during the work, it is recommended to increase the engine speed after the low idle time exceeds 10 минут.

It is recommended to keep the low idle speed for 3~5 minutes after the high load is turned off.
